We talk about site accessibility, zoning compliance requirements, and other infrastructure details to ensure a seamless project flow.
Sometimes, the best spot for your home isn’t the most visually appealing one. We aim to preserve the beauty of your land while maximizing functionality. Regulatory requirements also influence placement decisions, so the final designs must comply.

Through in-depth consultations, we work together to set the blueprint for your house plans, including window placements and other key details.
Decisions made here, like location, appearance, and materials, shape the project’s outcome and functionality. This phase is crucial in construction, determining costs and project timelines.
Once the details are set the construction at our factory will take about 4-8 weeks, allowing you to address on site preparations and legal paperwork simultaneously.
Please note that actual project timelines may vary based on our production schedule capacity. As a client, while your house is being built in the factory, coordinating with contractors to prepare the site for the delivery and installation of your modular home is essential.

When your project is all wrapped up, we bring in a special convoy to transport and delicately place your house with a crane. Once you are connected to the utilities, your new home is good to go!

It’s time to celebrate! We’ll join you for a final walk-through of your new home, addressing any questions you may have. Once that’s done, the keys are yours, and you’re free to move in.
