  • DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
    1. How long will it take from start to finish?

While project times vary, as a general guideline, we allow about 4-8 weeks from the start of the construction phase in our factory. This timeframe ensures that each project receives the necessary attention and quality craftsmanship it deserves. Please note that actual project timelines may vary based on our production schedule capacity.

    1. How long does installation take?

Your house typically arrives fully assembled with all components, minimizing the need for on-site work. Installation typically takes a minimum of 1 working day. However, it’s important to note that larger projects may require additional time for installation and final touches.

    1. How much are transport costs?

The delivery cost is determined by factors such as distance, module size, and the number of modules. An estimate is provided during the preliminary pricing stage.

    1. How should my site be prepared for the Modulary delivery?

Ensure foundations are ready two weeks before the delivery date. If there are overhead lines, trees, or obstacles in the crane’s swing radius, remove them before delivery. The site should be accessible for the truck bringing the house.
